The process begins with the design phase, which relies on the most modern research and development tools, including computerised structural analysis, vibro-acoustic analysis and mathematical models for the operation of screw units and compressors, developed in cooperation with prestigious Italian universities.
The next stage is the high-standard production process, which uses modern and ultra-precise machine tools and control systems to manufacture the fundamental rotary compressor components in-house, such as screw units, suction regulators and minimum pressure valves.
A team of highly specialised engineers and technicians make this possible. They focus on developing and monitoring components and entire machines, guaranteeing the maximum performance, reliability and energy efficiency of our products.
The technology does not stop with the manufacture of the compressor but continues throughout its life.
Our machines can be fitted with remote monitoring systems that let you control all the main operating parameters online and accurately schedule maintenance intervals.
We can also perform energy analyses of existing systems using a calculation system that we developed in-house, and use numerical simulations to suggest the best solutions for our customers to optimise the energy efficiency of their systems.
